Black-eyed Susan

As we begin to plan for fall gardening, here are some dos and don’ts:

… plant trees, shrubs and perennials.  And, just in time, this week Reynolds is offering a 25% discount on all perennials

… divide your late blooming perennials to keep them vigorous and healthy. For example, peonies are best when divided in the early fall.

… remove plants whose seeds or berries birds can feed on throughout the fall and winter

… plant slow-rooting trees, such as birches or firs as they will not root before the weather starts to turn.  Reynolds is hosting their annual “Good Ol' Days Sale” which includes 40% OFF select Trees, all Perennials, Shrubs and Grasses on Saturday, August 30.
